Why do some people look perpetually drunk,especially tall thin people?How do they look so cute?It's not fair!?

some such people would include Daryl Hall of Hall and Oates, Charles Kelly of Lady Antebellum, Randy Orton and Michelle Obama, all of whom are tall and thin to an extent (although Michelle Obama is kinda big, lol jk). So I was just wondering why do you think some people like that just naturally look kind of drunk? Does it have something to do with being tall and thin? I think people like that just look so cute too its not fair!=(
