Is Daryl Morey Stupid (Houston Rockets General Manager)?

He said he's not trading Kevin Martin for Carmelo. Is he stupid or what. This would be a no-brainer if it was anybody else. Martin is injury-prone Melo is a better player period. He can trade Martin Patterson Jeffries and 1 or both of the knick draft picks. But i read something today about The knicks are willing to give us Anthony Randolph for 1 of their draft picks what do you guys think
