Love someone but they cant admit?

ok so i am in love with this guy i work with , we flirt all the time.. latley it has let to a makeout session and just randomly kissing we get closer and closer all the time now when i look into his eyes I feel him looking at me for the first time, anyways i am 17 and he is 23 .. He told me I am growing on him and a new guy pops in the picture .. thing about this is he is willing to look past my age and he is 22.. well lets get to another point I have given my problem to God I asked him to allow josh (work guy) to explain his feelings to me and he did.. and i also asked God to send me a sign if he wasnt right so daryl pops in the picture.. daryl unlike josh likes me alot he spent five hours at the place i work just to hang with me during breaks.. but josh found out i was going on a date with daryl and he stayed after work everyday just to talk to me.. my life is really confusing there is alot more to the story but i am to tired to write on it more, so what should I do.. wait for josh.. cuz remember i am in love with him, or try daryl cuz josh isnt ready to admit things ti himself
