How can I stop this girl from being so mean?

So, recently this mixed girl from Germany moved to my school, Maria. All the guys are so into her. However, I didn't really care cause I got me a man Tyrone and I love him and I thought he loved me too. Now Shaniqua told me that Tyrone was flirting with Maria and I got so mad so I went up to that hoe and I told her to stay away from my Tyrone. To which she responded, "You need to calm down. I don't like Tyrone as even a friend. He's kind of annoying and you need to keep HIM in check. It's not my fault for whatever infatuations (I have no idea what dat mean) he has for me." She talk like a real uppity white gurl. She then smiled at me and told me to have a nice day and walked down the hallway holding hands wit some white boy named Taylor. So I tried to make right wit her because I don't want nobody thinking I'm some sort of ***** or nothing so I was asking her how she got her hair like that (her hair is light brown and blonde and it's curly it kinda look like white gurl curls just a whole lot prettier). I asked her if she put grease in her hair and she laughed like that hoe thought I was joking. She said her hair was like that naturally because she's mixed. That really pissed me off because I so know she's lying. Then that hoe and her volleyball friends are always walking around in these short spandex before volleyball practicing during break letting all the boys look at them and getting my man all horny sitting there smiling wit his guys. I told her she needs to stop being such a hoe and put some real shorts on and she told me that she had volleyball in about five minutes so she had to change before break time and that her spandex were uniform. Is this girl trying to be mean or something? Plus she thinks she's better than everyone else because she's student council president, on cheer team, on basketball team, volleyball and soccer captain, and on track team. Plus how can I convince Tyrone to change tutors. She's his tutor because she's the best student and has the highest average in class. How can I convince Tyrone to change tutors? Plus he was flirting wit her and I saw it. Tyrone said, " You know you really good at basketball. Maybe we should play sometime I could show you some things (wink). Really beautiful too, me and some of da guys is hanging out after school wanna come?" To which Jessica just keeps texting and ignores him. So, I confronted him about it and he said that I flirted wit Daryl when we first started goin out.
