Medically disqualified to be in military?

im not sure about the asthma part, i got declined when i was 17 because i took medication for ADHD at the time. and the deal with tattoos is it cant be inappropriate or bigger than a certain size. if you have a small tattoo on your arm then it's fine. they just don't like to see your whole arm covered in them
