Schools for a Trauma physician?

Im going to be a junior and im just trying to get some ideas on jobs. I know for a fact that I want a job in the medical field, particularly trauma, and I am trying to decide on a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner or just go all the way to a Physician in the Trauma Center. The problem is that I have absolutely no idea what school offer doctorate programs in that area. Has anybody gone through this program somewhere or just know where there are a few?
