People make fun of my boyfriend?

okay look if you really really like this guy date him and screw your friends and your reputation. i kinda went through the same thing but my boyfriend had all these girls who liked him and they talked **** about me all the time and honestly it got to me at first but then i realized that i dont care what they think of me. me and my boyfriend have been dating for about 8 months now and those girls are still suck where they were. im also in high school so i know what its like to have your friends not like your boyfriend but you really really need to follow your heart. if theyre gonna be shallow let them and date the guy you like.
